The 2002 Gran Reserva Aged 7 Years surrenders a more evolved aromatic array of lavender, incense, leather, balsamic, and black cherry. On the palate it is medium-bodied and a bit lean suggesting that the fruit may be fading a bit. Even so, it is a tasty effort for enjoying over the next 3-4 years. The Anciano wines are produced by Bodegas Navalon from 100% Tempranillo grapes.Importer: Well Oiled Wine Company, Leesburg, VA; www.welloiledwineco.com
