A textbook Viognier, Abeja’s 2012 Viognier offers up loads of white flowers, juicy white peach and citrus to go with a medium-bodied, soft and supple palate that carries plenty of fruit and texture. Slightly soft and rounded through the middle, it freshens up nicely on the finish with juicy acidity. A crowd-pleasing effort, it should be consumed over the coming year or so.
