The 2011 CiFRA is a pure expression of Cabernet Sauvignon (aged in cement) that is slightly less complicated than Altrovino. Black fruit and dried herbs are woven within the wine’s plush, sweet finish. Candied cherry appears as a final endnote. Anticipated maturity: 2015-2022.
