The medium to dark ruby-colored 1999 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserva is a superb value. Chocolate-laced blackberries can be found in its sexy aromas. On the palate, loads of black fruits, including cherries, blackberries, and cassis are ensconced in this admirably extracted and concentrated medium-bodied wine. It is velvety-textured, has excellent depth, and displays copious amounts of soft, ripe tannins. Anticipated maturity: now-2009.
