The 2014 Bouzeron Village from Domaine Gagey, due to be bottled in the end of November, has a fragrant, well defined nose with a brush of lemon curd and lime flower. This is already attractive. The palate is lively on the entry with quite piercing acidity. Shrill almost? It needs to just calm down and develop a little more substance on the finish to balance that acidity and match the quality of the nose.
