The 2011 Pinot Noir Adriane might have been a little underrated by my predecessor! It has a wonderful bouquet with black tea and sage infusing the red fruit mixed with white pepper and truffle, a little reserved at first but soon opening up. The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannin, beautifully balanced with good backbone, red and black fruit fighting for attention on what remains a very precise finish. This is giving so much pleasure.
