Hazelnuts can be found in the aromatics of the 2000 Tokay-Pinot Gris Cuvee Ste.-Catherine. Medium-bodied, it reveals appealing nut, citrus, and quinine flavors. This fresh, broad wine should be drunk between 2003 and 2009. According to Laurence Faller, this highly regarded estate's winemaker, "unquestionably 2000 must be considered one of the finest vintages of the last decade.
