The 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon (650 cases; 100% Cabernet Sauvignon) is more supple, open-knit and flamboyant, revealing notes of espresso roast, chocolate, sweet red and black currants and loamy soil. This beautifully textured, opulent, showy Cabernet should drink well for 10-15 years. The high quality of the 2007 and 2008 vintages for Bordeaux varietals is clearly evidenced by these two offerings. Both wines demonstrate the personality of their particular vintage.Tel.
