The 2008 Sauvignon Blanc Blueprint is similar to a New Zealand-styled Sauvignon with fresh tropical fruits, crisp acids, and a light to medium-bodied mouthfeel. The Sauvignon Blanc Georgia is a Bordeaux-styled offering that is totally barrel-fermented and aged in 100% new French oak, yet it reveals little evidence of wood. It is a great example of a Sauvignon Blanc, with the texture of a white burgundy combined with the melony, honeyed, flinty earthiness of a top Sauvignon Blanc.Two styles of Sauvignon Blanc are being produced by John and Robin Lail.Tel.
