Deinhard’s 2004 Deidesheimer Maushohle Riesling Kabinett halbtrocken smells of ripe Bartlett pear, mint, and sweet corn. Ripely and richly redolent of pear and maize on the palate as well, it exhibits alluring creaminess of texture along with delicacy and refreshing acidity, with smoky, salty mineral notes coming out in a satisfyingly fine finish.
