The 2005 Pecorino is a compelling, unique wine from an indigenous variety that has recently been re-discovered. Tea leaves, minerals, dried flowers and apricots are just some of the nuances that flow from this sumptuous, full-bodied white. Five months of aging in oak give the wine an attractive fatness.
