The 1991 Chambolle-Musigny-Les Feusselottes offers considerable charm. Deeply colored, with a floral, berry, herb, and earth-scented nose, this medium-bodied, attractively-textured and concentrated wine possesses the requisite fruit to balance the tannins. The finish is long and convincing. Drink it over the next decade. Importer: Kobrand, Inc., New York, NY.
NOTES ON THE 1992s FROM BARREL: Jadot's 1992 reds appear to be fruitier, more charming and attractive wines than the 1991s. Not as powerful nor as tannic as the 1991s, they display seductive, velvety textures and loads of sweet fruit. They are particularly strong in Jadot's extensive Cote de Beaune portfolio. Moreover, prices for the 1992s will be lower, making them attractive buys.
