The 2003 Cabernet Sauvignon Out of Sight Vineyard (a Silverado Trail vineyard derived from the St. George rootstock) offers a dense ruby/purple color as well as a big, sexy nose of sweet cassis interwoven with chocolate, pepper, and spice box.
