The 2009 Riesling is just off dry with 2.5% residual sugar. It has an attractive nose of minerals, spring flowers, baking spices, and citrus. Medium-bodied, crisp, well-balanced, and tasty, it will drink nicely over the next 2-3 years. Saint Laurent is owned and operated by Mike and Laura Mrachek. They currently farm about 260 acres with all of the wines produced from their own estate grapes grown in the Wahluke Slope AVA.www.SaintLaurent.net
