These people understand great winemaking and their wine demonstrates what heights Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon can potentially attain. The 1992 Cabernet Sauvignon Spring Mountain is among the most distinctive Cabernets I have tasted from California. It offers up an intense fragrance of violets, black-raspberries, and herbs gently touched by toasty oak.
