The 2007 Riesling is light straw-colored with a nose of spring flowers, mineral, apple, and white peach. This leads to a ripe wine with good depth, vibrant acidity, ample citrus and pit fruit flavors, and a long, clean finish. This quality Riesling should easily evolve for a decade but can be enjoyed near term.
