Bonnet’s 2013 Chateauneuf du Pape Blanc is superb, and I think the finest white yet from this estate. White peach, apple blossom, mint and a lit gunpowder-like minerality all emerge from this medium+-bodied, voluptuous and beautifully textured effort. It’s fruit-forward and geared for drinking over the coming couple of years, but I love it for its purity, freshness and length.
