Leading off the Crozes Hermitage releases, the 2012 Mis en Bouche has some brettiness in its saddle leather, crushed flowers, spiced meats and sweet core of raspberry fruit. Medium to full-bodied, seamless and already gorgeous, with fine, sweet tannin, drink it over the coming 4-5 years.
