Morgan’s Tierra Mar bottling has grown interesting over the years, and the ’03 continues to spark notice. It’s a big wine, with forward cassis, kirsch and chocolate flavors that are deep and long, with rich but velvety tannins. However, it’s a bit soft, so drink now. ——S.H.(12/15/2006)—— 87
