The light salmon-colored 2010 Costieres de Nimes Paradox Rose is a blend of 56% Cinsault, 25% Mourvedre, 10% Grenache and 9% Syrah. It exhibits copious aromas of strawberries and framboise intermixed with garrigue and spice. This dry, fruity effort is everything a Provencal rose should be. This excellent Costieres de Nimes estate has fashioned an impressive portfolio of 2009s. Moreover, as with just about any wine from this appellation, prices are fair, making this a treasure-trove of value.Importer: Paul M. Young Fine Wines, Los Angeles, CA; tel. (213) 232-5199
