The 2006 Pinot Noir SV Estate (senior vines) was fermented with native yeasts and bottled without fining or filtration. It is dark ruby-colored with aromas of spice box, cedar, black cherry, and black raspberry. Silky on the palate, the wine has a bit more density and focus than its young vine sibling.
