The 2006 Cabernet Sauvignon is a glass-coating opaque purple-color with a sophisticated nose of pain grille, pencil lead, scorched earth, cassis, and black currant. This leads to a layered, savory Cabernet with well-concealed ripe tannins, excellent balance, and a pure finish. Give it 2-3 years to fill out and drink it from 2011 to 2020.
