The 2004 Cabernet Sauvignon Coliseum Block exhibits a chunkier, but still impressive, black fruited style with cassis, blackberries, licorice and a touch of asphalt. Deep, rich and concentrated, it is not as complex as the Beckstoffer, but is very satisfying and mouth-staining. Drink it over the next decade.
