The 2000 Proprietary Red is fashioned from equal parts Cabernet Franc and Merlot. It is extremely full-bodied (for this vintage), tight, and structured, displaying sweet, dense, chocolate/cherry fruit flavors intertwined with earth, mineral, and graphite characteristics.
