The 2011 Laxas has a light peachy bouquet with a hint of rose petals. The palate is fresh and clean with green apple peel, bitter lemon and grapefruit, although it fades a little towards the anonymous finish. Drink now. The cellars of As Laxas date all the way back to 1862 in Arbo (Condado do Tea) on the banks of the River Mino. Approximately 60% of the fruit comes from their own vineyards, although they intend to reduce this figure in the future.Importer: Deutsch Family Wine & Spirits, White Plains, NY; tel.
