Perhaps the finest young Steltzner Cabernet Sauvignon I have tasted, the 1995 reveals a dark ruby/purple color, and a moderately intense nose of pure blackcurrants intermixed with blueberries and floral (violets) aromas. Rich, with medium to full body, as well as nicely integrated new oak, acidity, and tannin, this is an impressive, well-endowed Cabernet.
