The purple/black 2009 Sabatcha Petit Verdot is a voluptuous wine with an inviting bouquet of incense, lavender, black cherry, and blackberry. Mouth-filling, round, and savory, it has enough structure to evolve for another 2-3 years and will offer a drinking window extending from 2013 to 2021, perhaps longer.
