The 2008 No 8 Pinot Noir has a very pale ruby color and a good intensity of ripe raspberry and warm cranberry aromas plus a floral whiff of red roses. Medium-bodied, it has crisp acidity and a low to medium level of silky tannins supporting a good concentration of ripe fruit and finishing long. Drinking now, it should remain vibrant through 2013.
