An intriguing offering, the 2007 Vin de Pays Armonio is a blend of 40% Grenache, 30% Merlot, and 30% Cabernet Sauvignon. This cuvee exhibits lots of flavor and ripeness, and a soft style, but the wood character is intrusive at present. Hopefully, that will dissipate over the next year or two. This wine should keep for 2-4 years. One of the Costieres de Nimes’s top estates for quality and value, Mas Neuf is run by Luc Baudet.Importers: Barterhouse, New York, NY; tel.
