Medium to deep garnet in color, the 2011 Shiraz has aromas of crushed blackberries and black cherries with touches of pepper, tree bark and tar. Light to medium-bodied with a good amount of vibrant, pepper-laced berry flavor backed up by low to medium levels of chewy tannins and refreshing acid, it finishes medium to long in length.
