The 2017 Nuits-Saint-Georges Village has developed very well with a second winter of élevage, and it's even more charming and supple than it was a year ago. Mingling notes of cassis and plums with notions of sweet loamy soil and smoked meats, it's medium to full-bodied, velvety and succulent, with terrific depth at the core, concluding with a long and nicely defined finish.
