The '95 Bourgogne reveals aromas of deep, sweet chardonnay fruit, and in the mouth it is lively and fresh with nice buttery flavors. This note is the result of tastings I did in Burgundy between January 7 and January 29. At Louis Latour the wine making is entrusted to Jean-Pierre Jobard, the brother of Francois and Charles Jobard, two well-known names in Meursault. Jobard commented that the acid in 1995 reminded him of the 1988.Louis Latour is represented by a different importer in each state.
