The 2007 21 del 10 is 100% Syrah that was barrel-fermented and aged for 12 months in new French oak. Smoked meat, game, balsamic, blueberry, and blackberry notes are followed by a Cote-Rotie-like red with impeccable balance and a lengthy, pure finish.
