Cervoles Celler’s red wines begin with the 2009 Colors, a blend of 45% Tempranillo, 20% Garnacha, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, with the balance Merlot and Syrah which spent 8 months in French oak. It offers excellent density and richness in its savory black fruits. Hints of smoke, underbrush, and black fruit confiture add complexity to its seamless finish.
