The 2005 Chardonnay was 100% barrel-fermented with 50% of the fruit going through malolactic. It has an attractive mineral, pear, and green apple nose followed by a supple-textured wine with crisp acidity, and intense flavors. More complexity would have earned an outstanding rating. Tel.
