It's very refreshing to run across a few crisp and bright white wines such as this made in the Chianti Classico region. The partially oak-aged Collazzi 2021 Fiano Otto Muri shows a luminous golden color with pretty aromas of lemon curd, yellow rose, honey and spicy saffron. Those softer tones are framed by dusty hints of crushed limestone. This is a refreshing, mid-weight Tuscan white with some waxy texture on the close. Production is 15,000 bottles.
