The 2003 Chambolle-Musigny Les Feusselottes was picked on August 28th at 14.5% natural potential alcohol and acidified 200 grams per barrel. Its violet and red cherry aromas lead to a medium-bodied core of red cherries as well as roses. Focused and structured, it is a candidate for drinking between 2007 and 2013.
Note: This wine is produced by Jean-Nicolas Meo’s new negociant business.
