The estate's young vines (up to ten years of age) find an outlet in the 2016 Cotes du Rhone. It's an oh-so-drinkable blend of 80% Grenache and 20% Syrah, loaded with dark cherry fruit. Medium to full-bodied, it's supple and easy, with a hint of licorice on the finish. Smashable stuff, as the Aussies would say.
