Duckhorn is best known for reds, but their Sauvignon Blancs can be quite good, as evidenced by this crisp, rich ‘08. It’s firm in acidity, with mineral-inspired flavors of citrus fruits, gooseberry, honeysuckle flower, buttercream and smoky, oaky vanilla. A sophisticated, slightly sweet white wine for drinking now with poultry, fish and pork dishes.——S.H.(12/22/2011)—— 90
