The perfumed and harmonious 2016 Tonel 46 Malbec was produced with grapes from their estate vineyards in Los Chacayes and El Manzano in Tunuyán in the Uco Valley. It matured in second use French oak barrels for six to eight months. It's floral and spicy and has an approachable palate with fine tannins, bright, juicy fruit and high acidity that makes you salivate. 50,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in November 2017.
