Last Tasted 3/92This was a non/wine tasting experience. The wine possesses no bouquet, suggesting that it was completely stripped at bottling by a sterile filtration. The color is still dark plummy/garnet, but in the mouth, all one gets is a compact, angular, sharp-edged wine with excessive acidity and tannin, but no fruit or charm. While it will keep for years, it will never provide any enjoyment. What is the point of making wines such as this?
