The 2010 Chateauneuf du Pape Cellier des Princes possesses a dark ruby/purple color, a modern style, medium body and good elegance as well as purity, but not much character or personality. Drink it over the next 6-8 years. Cellier des Princes is a large cooperative, possibly the biggest in Chateauneuf du Pape. These four offerings are their single vineyard or domaine wines for which they purchase the fruit, then vinify it at their cellars.
