Serveau generally produces a light, lacy style of Pinot Noir. His top 1990s are supple, smooth-textured, graceful, seductive wines. The Morey St.-Denis-Les Sorbets offers an excellent nose of cherry fruit, herbs, and damp earth. In the mouth, it is medium-bodied, elegant, restrained, tasty, long, and made in a gracious style. Drink it over the next 5-7 years. Importer: Peter Vezan Selections, various American importers.
