This is the most aromatically complex of the three Chassagne 1ers with its well-layered, cool and admirably pure nose of citrus, white flowers, petrol, pear, apple and discreet wood hints. There is excellent precision to the notably energetic and intense medium-bodied flavors that possess a caressing mouth feel, all wrapped in a lingering and balanced finish that is less deep than that of the Vergers yet it's finer. A choice.
