The 1998 Cabernet Franc Third Century includes 5% Cabernet Sauvignon in the blend. Reminiscent of a Loire Valley red, this medium ruby/purple-colored, medium-bodied, austere wine reveals vegetal/olive-like notes as well as a compressed flavor texture.
