My favorite of these selections is the 2009 Seleccion Familiar Laxas, a 100% Albarino sourced from estate vineyards using only free run juice. Aromatically it displays more earth/mineral notes as well as lemon and grapefruit elements. Ripe, fleshy, and full-flavored (in the style of the terrific 2009 vintage), it can be enjoyed over the next 3-4 years. .
