From the coolest vineyard (and the last to be harvested), the 2013 Bondi Home Ranch Pinot Noir is made from Dijon clones 943, 667 and the Calera selection, which is believed to have been sourced from one of the DRC vineyards. The wine exhibits a dense ruby/purple color and a round, juicy nose of black cherries, strawberries, forest floor and underbrush. Deep, rich, tannic, structured, and the most backward of all these 2013 Pinots, it should be drunk over the next 10-15 years.
