The 2007 Clos Adrien is a blend of Syrah and Garnacha that received extended hang-time compared to the Camino and was aged in 100% new French oak. Pain grille, pencil lead, lavender, blueberry, and gamy notes lead to a rich, layered wine with a sense of elegance and excellent balance. Give it 1-2 years to fill out and drink it through 2019.
Terra Remota is a 50 acre estate with 45 dedicated to red grapes and 5 to white grapes. The grapes are organically farmed and the winery is organically certified. Total production is just under 6000 cases.
