Deep garnet colored with a hint of purple, the 2007 The Baroota Shiraz is scented of warm black berries, stewed plums, forest floor and a whiff of anise. There’s of good amount of mature fruit remaining on the full bodied palate supported by a medium to firm level of chewy tannins and a good acid lift, finishing long and savory.
