The 2004 Amplus Cabernet Sauvignon is 100% varietal and was also aged for 12 months in 100% new French oak. It offers abundant toasty black currants and blackberry liqueur on the nose. This is followed by a thick, rich wine with loads of black fruit flavors, ripe tannins, and excellent balance. It will benefit from 4-6 years of bottle age and drink well through 2027.
